Final terms for any order, including price, quantity, tooling ownership, payment schedule, and delivery, are governed by that separate written agreement, not by this website.
Drawings, specifications, samples, and other technical materials you submit remain your property. We use them only to evaluate and quote your project and, if engaged, to manufacture the agreed parts. We will not manufacture or sell your design to any other party without your authorization, and we will sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement on request before reviewing sensitive materials.
The text, images, logos, and other content on this website, other than materials you submit to us, are the property of Zhong Shen Industrial Co., Ltd.or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
