MOQ depends on part size, tooling cost, and material — it is set per project once we understand your drawing and target volume. Tell us your expected order size when you inquire and we will confirm feasibility at quote stage.
Tooling is quoted separately from the piece price and, unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer who pays for the mold owns it. Tooling cost depends on part complexity, cavitation, and expected mold life — we provide a written tooling quotation before any cutting begins.
Lead time has two phases: tooling (design, machining, and sample approval) and production (the confirmed order run). Both vary by part complexity and current shop load — we give a specific estimate for tooling time and production time with every quotation.
Yes. We produce T1 tooling samples for dimensional and functional approval before any production commitment, and can discuss rapid prototype samples ahead of tooling for early fit checks.
Payment terms are agreed per order and stated in the written quotation, typically a deposit before tooling or production start and the balance before shipment. Terms can be discussed for repeat or higher-volume customers.
We coordinate ocean, air, and express freight out of Ningbo and Shanghai and can quote under standard Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) to fit your logistics setup.
Every order passes incoming material verification, in-process sampling, a first-article inspection against the approved drawing, and a final AQL-based outgoing inspection before packing. See the Quality page for detail.
We sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement on request before reviewing sensitive drawings. Your design and tooling remain yours — we do not manufacture or sell your part to any other party.
